Our client is looking to hire a Visa Co-ordinator on a part time basis based in Aberdeen for an ongoing contract. This role will be 25 hours a week, Monday - Friday from 10am - 3pm.

Only those with the Right to Work in the UK should apply. Raeburn do not have the ability to provide visa sponsorship, therefore current valid ability to work in the UK is required.

The following experience is required:
1) Experience arranging visas for worldwide locations
2) Ability to cope with change in a busy working environment
3) Experience of working within a Personnel Logistics Department
4) Knowledge and experience of working within the Oil and Gas Industry


Responsibilities:
1) Be the focal point for all visa applications required for worldwide locations.
2) Coordinate and plan all activities associated with visa/passport applications.
3) Track and monitor progress of all applications and ensure contact is maintained with all relevant agents/staff to progress applications.
4) Manage and maintain the visa spreadsheets ensuring updates are made in a timely manner.
5) Co-ordinate visa applications with the Personnel Logistics Team and relevant department personnel, ensuring travelers have the relevant documents, visas and work permits required prior to travelling, to enable them to work.
6) Highlight any issues and/or potential problems which may impact on mobilization of personnel to the HR team and relevant department.
7) Liaise with the company travel providers visa department, offshore and onshore personnel and managers with regards to visa requirements and applications.
8) Liaise with Personnel Logistics team and relevant personnel on a daily basis to provide updates on visa applications.
9) Arrange necessary travel for personnel for Embassy visits as required.
10) Cover for Personnel Logistics team where required.
11) Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required by the Personnel Logistics Supervisor/HR Supervisor.
