Raeburn Recruitment are assisting our client, a leading independent Oil & Gas Operator, with a requirement for a Training & Competency Management System (TCMS) Co-ordinator. This is a part time 12 month contract opportunity based in Aberdeen.

As Training & Competency Management System (TCMS) Co-ordinator you will be responsible for managing and identifying opportunities to enhance the company's current system, ensuring adherence to all industry / legislative requirements. Your main duties will include:
- Responsibility for all aspects of technical training and competency for the UK Business Unit this includes competency, skills training, administration, compliance and KPI delivery
- Responsibility for system data integrity which includes current and future personnel and an ability to report and trend data
- Authority and super user on the TCMS system and associated processes
- Building course catalogue and engage with vendors and Supply Chain to tender for the best solution
- Engaging with local management to ascertain technical training requirements and ensure goals and strategies are agreed, Competency, HSE and general skill requirements are fully understood and supported via appropriate training provision
- Conducting technical training needs analysis to identify any requirements as requested

To be considered for the Training & Competency Management System (TCMS) Co-ordinator opportunity you should be able to demonstrate:
- Strong experience in a similar role with the Oil & Gas Industry
- Experience of technical training and competency requirements associated with offshore and onshore Oil and Gas operations
- Experience engaging with training suppliers and reviewing training solutions
- Experience of working with diverse groups of stakeholders and professionally manage relevant communication
- Strong organisational skills and delivery focus
- Skilled computer / systems user including training and competency software
- Willingness to travel offshore and the relevant offshore certification
