We are recruiting for a Training Analyst on an ongoing contract basis. Looking for the successful candidate to join the Human Resources Team based in Aberdeen supporting their Europe and Africa Operations.

As a Training Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class results by:

§Being a collaborative and innovative member of the team supporting the UK Team Lead Technical Training in delivering a comprehensive Training and Development solution to the UK and wider of the company's business.
§Supporting the provision and ongoing delivery of, Regulatory; Safety Critical; Vocational and Technical training in partnership with our external and internal training partners for business delivery across the UK organisation.
§Effective Management of Technical Training, and Emergency Response training matrix reporting requirements supporting our UK and Europe Business.
§Leading the analysis of compliance and technical training needs and ensuring compliance.
§Monitor and conduct analyses of compliance and technical training activity, ensuring training delivered (internally or externally) meets with legislation, standards and best practice.
§Audit of embedded 3rd party training managed service weekly reports and the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
§Ensure the compliance and technical training activity is tracked, monitored and reviewed to address potential issues and to drive continuous improvement.
§Delivery of project training as required.
§Championing the system of controlling records (certificate management), monitor and audit to ensure business needs are met.
§Developing the annual training calendar, ensuring all training costs are visible
§Invoicing Training related spend
§Producing of Major Accident Hazard Reports for UK Leadership Teams.
§Participating in Cultural Management Training and support ongoing Cultural Sustainment activities.
§Providing support to the Team Lead, Technical Training with learning and development and other organisational development activities as directe
§Strong influencing ability and a high degree of flexibility in your working style expected for you to adapt to changing operational and business environments and priorities
§A role model mindset for Training compliance, working within HSE requirements and ensuring that related activities are planned and conducted in compliance with current policies and practices
§The ability to critically analyses Training Compliance, with strong attention to detail.
§Continuous Improvement & Innovation to take every opportunity to consider alternative solutions in light of lessons learned
§An inclusive working style and ability to readily accept accountability and insist it from others.
§Training needs and Budgetary experience is also desirable.
