Our client, a leading Oil & Gas service provider, require a Training administrator for their site in Montrose.

The role is a 12 month contract and will involve processing enquires and bookings in the allocated time frame agreed with their clients.


Job Specific Duties:
Contacting suppliers to secure training provision
Enrolling delegates following Oracle procedures
Raising purchase orders in line with Oracle procedures
Updating and maintaining clients Learning Management System (LMS) to effectively manage employees training records
Generating and forwarding Joining Instructions in the timescales given
Managing status of all courses and ensure that suppliers are informed of cancellations in a timely manner to avoid cancellation charges
Notifying delegates of any changes/cancellations immediately
Ensuring accurate data input to Oracle

The successful candidate will have good IT skills, be a confident communicator and be able to work with high volume work. You must be able to work part of a team and independently.
You will have administration experience in a busy work environment, experience in a training role would be beneficial.
