We are looking to speak with candidates for an ongoing contract opportunity based with an oil and gas operator in Aberdeen.

- The Talent Acquisition Analyst is accountable for the smooth progression of the recruitment process for client groups from the commencement of the requisition, addressing obstacles in the process through to closing the requisition, onboarding of the new hires and tracking of results.
- The TA Analyst is also responsible for supporting and covering recruitment activity for recruiters during times of holidays and absence, as well as adopting a recruiter role for assigned client groups.

We are looking for candidates who are experienced in working with excel as there will be a strong focus on reporting and analysing recruitment data as well as someone ideally with recruitment experience and an understanding of how a busy recruitment department works.

QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:
- CIPD or REC accreditation would be an advantage

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a recruiting or HR support role is essential.
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Proficient in data analytics and recruitment reporting.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system and/or HRIS is advantageous.
