Raeburn Recruitment are assisting our Client, an independent world-class provider of innovative vessel technologies, with a requirement for a Shutdown Coordinator. This is a contract opportunity based in Aberdeen.

As Shutdown Coordinator you will be responsible for compiling, and being the custodian of, the Shutdown Activity Register. Your main duties will include:
- Taking ownership of the overall Shutdown Plan, agreeing shutdown strategy, milestones and success criteria with both Shutdown Manager & Asset Manager
- Managing updates of shutdown worklists in Maximo
- Regular visits offshore to drive shutdown plan and preparations
- Ensuring shutdown productivity offshore does not exceed the planned estimate for water wash outages and turnarounds
- Providing key link between operations & implementation workforce
- Ensuring that adequate offshore resource and structure is in place to execute the workscopes safely and efficiently

To be considered for the Shutdown Planner role you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- HNC Engineering or equivalent technical experience in North Sea Offshore Operations
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Extensive experience in the use of computer based planning applications including Maximo
- Offshore Survival and Medical certification
