Raeburn have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project HSE Advisor to join our client, a service provider to the Oil, Gas and Energy industries. This is a permanent opportunity based in Aberdeen.

As Senior Project HSE Advisor you will be responsible for providing HSE support to the project management group and for specific projects. This may require the development of HSE plans with clients, safety interface documents, organizing HAZOP/HAZID events, performing contractor HSE evaluations, conducting job sites audits, inspection and investigating incidents.

You main duties will include:
- Supporting the HSE Manager and technical authorities in conducting HSE incident investigations
- Providing Health, Safety, Environmental and Emergency Response support to operations across the Integrity business.
- Ensuring that appropriate HSE policies are enacted across the Integrity business and that HSE objectives and Key Performance Indicators are effectively disseminated and reported.
- Preparing a plan of assurance activities (audits, spot checks and document reviews) for the critical processes for the project.
- Participating in project risk reviews when required.
- Evaluating process delivery on job against requirements, liaising with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Production Manager, Contractors etc.
- Monitoring control of Management of Change within the project.
- Actively evaluating and advising on the quality of investigation of HSE incidents and service quality events.
- Ensure that the HSE Manager is immediately notified of any HSE issues which cannot be readily resolved.
- Assisting the HSE Manager to develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures and safe systems of work and ensuring that the business management system is monitored, reviewed and audited so that it remains effective.
- In consultation with the HSE Manager; interface with regulatory and industry bodies as required and attend relevant HSE meetings and forums.

To be considered for this role; you should be able to demonstrate:
- Internal Auditors qualifications.
- NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications to an advanced level.
- Ability to travel offshore.
- Offshore experience in Oil & Gas operations, projects and turnarounds.
