We are recruiting for a Senior Payroll Administrator internally on a temp to perm basis.
· Check New Starts for accurate transfer of information
· Import Nurse payroll ensuring accurate transfer of information
· Process Nurse weekly and monthly payrolls, checking timesheets
· Check any new clients and Nurse new starts
· Update workers tax notifications, bank details and personal information
· Process Nurse holiday pay in accordance with company procedure
· Import AE Pension reports
· Process and calculate statutory payments & third party deductions
· Bring weekly payroll to conclusion by balancing payroll and checking deductions
· Checking AE Pension is applied
· Send back payment for all 3 payrolls on a weekly basis
· Produce weekly, monthly and 4 weekly invoices in accordance with clients requirements
· Produce Interim Invoices
· Send AE Pensions reports when required
· Send RTI Reports when required
· Balancing Inland Revenue when required
· Set up payments for Bankline
· Produce P45s for leavers
· Deal with contractor and client queries including HMRC and DWP enquiries
· Provide cover for Team Lead and other team members in the event of absence within the department
· Support other team members when required
· Promote a high level of health and safety awareness and commitment and to be aware of the provisions as detailed in the Company Health and Safety Policy
