We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Integrity Engineer to be based in Aberdeen and with visits to West Africa to support FPSO operations. Candidates must reside in the Aberdeen area, hold the right to work in the UK and be able to fulfil the overseas requirement.

Implement agreed inspection and monitoring program for West African operating assets through the Asset Integrity Management Plan.
Coordinate with the Maintenance and Integrity Lead to improve inspection management of offshore facilities.
Manage the offshore planning, coordination, execution and supervision of asset integrity inspections and remedial work related to plan inspections and monitoring of pressurised equipment, pipe work, structures and fabric maintenance activities.
Mentor and Shadow Nationals to ensure effective knowledge and skills transfer as per Company Nationalisation Plan.
Focal point for driving quality and continuous improvement for all static equipment Integrity, Reliability , Availability and Maintainability
Manage the Facilities integrity & inspections maintenance to ensure an effective and auditable Planned Maintenance system is efficient, implemented, reviewed for improvement to reflect a risk based maintenance philosophy, asset management fundamentals and operational experience
Provide oversight and manage the applied Integrity maintenance management metrics in line with the Operations Team KPl's and Process Safety initiatives.
Ensure Safety Critical maintenance is assigned and executed as per the maintenance plans
Provide technical support and guidance to the offshore inspection and fabric maintenance personnel when required, and support for onshore personnel during offshore visits as required.
Liaises with all departments and stakeholders offshore to ensure the Inspection Plan is up to date and supported, consistent with the company & Client business objectives.

Ensure the safe execution of inspection and fabric maintenance activities offshore, and that activities are carried out is a safe and efficient manner in compliance with the company Facility Managements System (FMS), Operational Procedures (OMF) and Corporate Managements System
Attends identified training to maintain and expand knowledge of fire prevention and safety procedures.
Attends and participates in safety meetings/workshops held in the office or offshore facility.
Actively promotes the use of safe work practices and the use of the Observation System (CARE) to all personnel.
Actively identify any HSEQ issues and bring to the attention of the HSEQ Department using the system.

A Tertiary qualification or equivalent in chemical or mechanical/materials engineering.
Minimum 7 years post graduate industry experience in an engineering discipline and in the oil and gas industry, including at a refinery or offshore facility.
Sound knowledge of RBI, corrosion management development plans, asset integrity management principles and corrosion control methods.
Detailed knowledge of NOT techniques and their respective limitations.
Experience in process/marine corrosion, material selection, and corrosion monitoring control methods.
Knowledge of coatings selection, application and inspection/maintenance.
Pressure equipment and piping system basic design/fabrication knowledge.
Good working knowledge of API, ASME, NACE, ANSI ASNT/PCN industry standards/codes.
