Our client, an international Oil & Gas industry contractor, have a requirement for an ROV Operations Administrator. This is a permanent opportunity based in Aberdeen.

As ROV Operations Administrator you will be responsible for acting as the main point of contact for general department enquiries. Your main duties will include:
- Organising departmental meetings and taking minutes
- Organising department travel
- Processing both onshore and offshore personnel timesheets
- Providing cover for administration as required for ROV Crewing and Training Coordinator
- Ensuring that all departmental and offshore personnel CVs are kept up to date

To be considered for the ROV Operations Administrator opportunity you should be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an administrative function within the Oil & Gas Industry
- Knowledge and expertise in the use of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel & Project)
