Raeburn have a fantastic opportunity for an ROV Operations Administrator to join our Oil & Gas client. This is a permanent opportunity based in Aberdeen.

The ROV Operations Administrator is a vairied role, duties will include:
- Organising departmental meetings and take minutes where required
- Organising departmental lunches and raising paperwork
- Organising department travel
- Processing of timesheets for both on and offshore personnel
- Processing departmental annual leave and time in lieu requests and maintaining department database
- Processing reports received from offshore including Daily Tracking Sheets, Toolbox Talks and Job Safety Analysis Reports
- Ensuring that all departmental and offshore personnel CVs are kept up to date or amended when necessary

To be considered for this opportunity you should be able to demonstrate:
- Good secondary education
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages such as Word and Excel. Microsoft Project would be advantageous.
- Experience in Oil and Gas would be advantageous
