Raeburn Recruitment are assisting our client, a major oilfield service company, with the recruitment of a Resource Analyst. This is a maternity cover requirement, for a period of up to 12 months, based in Aberdeen.

You will be providing administrative support to the Workforce Coordinator, enabling them to focus on planning tasks. Your main duties will include:
- Identifying possible future resource needs based on upcoming jobs reflected on the business systems
- Tracking job start/end dates in planning system to coordinate scheduling and mobilisation
- Supporting data entry of personnel to jobs in the planning system and initiating relevant notifications to all involved parties
- Coordinating with employees management on effective balance of days of rest, vacation and rig days for field to ensure adherence to the work schedules
- Providing travelling support for field employees
- Creating purchase requisition when instructed

To be considered for the Resource Analyst role you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Relevant experience with onshore/offshore exposure if possible
- High level of communication skills
- Ability to work extensively with Microsoft Office applications
