Raeburn Recruitment, a trusted, delivery focussed recruitment service company, are currently seeking a dynamic Recruitment Resourcer to join their team on a permanent basis in Aberdeen.

The role and its responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:-
· Assist the Recruitment Team with the advertising of all new job vacancies across various recruitment platforms including the Company website, Jobs Boards and LinkedIn
· C.V. formatting of all candidate C.V.s to meet the required standard as well as meeting Client submission deadlines
· Ensuring the highest level of Customer Service is provided to Clients and Candidates at all times
· The successful incumbent shall ensure that all compliance documents for candidates are received and stored in a timely manner in line with Company policies, legislation and Clients requirements
· This position will involve assisting the Recruitment Team in the screening and selection of candidates, reference checking, as well as obtaining interview feedback from Clients as directed by the Recruitment Consultants
· Applications are invited from candidates having excellent communication and organisational skills
· Candidates interested in this vacancy will be passionate about working in a fast paced sales environment where attention to detail is key
· The role will include assisting the Recruitment Manager as and when required
· Experience of Microsoft Packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint would be highly advantageous when considering this vacancy
· Candidates with knowledge of the recruitment sector within the Oil & Gas arena would be desirable but not essential, as full training will be given
