Raeburn Recruitment are assisting our Client, a leading provider of oilfield services, with a requirement for a Recruitment Administrator. This is a contract role for 6 months period and will be based in their Aberdeen office.

You will work in a fast-paced environment providing administration support to the permanent resourcing process. Your main duties will include:
- Arranging interviews and meetings, managing the diaries of relevant personnel
- Booking competency assessments for offshore disciplines
- Providing statistics for Resourcing reports
- Supporting Resourcing and Senior Resourcing Adviser by sourcing candidates using databases, social media and referrals to fulfil business needs
- Processing interview expenses
- Processing POs

To be considered for the Recruitment Administrator role you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Administration experience, ideally in an HR/Recruitment environment
- Ability to prioritise work, effectively managing your
- High level communication skills
