Raeburn have a requirement for a Recruiter to work with our client in Aberdeen. This is a 6 month fixed term, full time contract.

Job Description:
The Recruiter is responsible for the timely sourcing of appropriately qualified offshore and site personnel to fulfil all work scopes whilst implementing departmental procedures in line with Company standards.

Tasks:
To source, select and employ suitably qualified personnel to meet all existing and projected manpower requirements
To control and co-ordinate the labour pool ensuring all manning requirements are met accordingly
To issue contracts of employment to new and rehire employees and updated schedules to current employees as required
To ensure Company induction and all mandatory training is scheduled for all new employees
Ordering PPE for new start or rehire employees
Maintenance of personnel electronic HR records, HR system(s) and training efile where require
Deal with all incoming CVs, acknowledge and retain in the appropriate file
Answer incoming calls to our recruitment line

Experience & Personal Qualities:
Experience in an offshore / site based trades recruitment role within the oil and gas industry
Discipline Awareness in one or more of the following areas; Fabric Maintenance, Inspection, Rope Access, Specialist Services, Wind Energy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and re-prioritise workload
