Raeburn have a 3 month contract with an Engineering client based in Aberdeen, who are looking for an Junior level Reception/Administrator to join their team.

-As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organisation.
-You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
-Delivery of PPE is an aspect of this role, therefore applicants must have a driving licence.

Role Requirements:
-Ability to competently use Microsoft office suite.
-Front facing role, smartly dressed and presentable at all times.
-Well organised.
-Can work alone and within a team.
-Can use own initiative during quiet periods.
-Clearly spoken with good telephone and communication skills.
