Raeburn Recruitment are assisting our Client, an international Oil & Gas service provider, with a requirement for a Project Administrator. This is a 3 months contract role with a view of going permanent and will be based in their Aberdeen office.

As Project Administrator you will be supporting the Company's Project Managers to deliver projects on time, on budget and invoice timely. Your duties will include:
- Ensuring all time writing entered weekly, in correct format and approved by Project Managers
- Ensuring accurate project set up in line with budget agreed with client, resources and billing roles
- Preparation of visa applications for project personnel
- Ensuring project expenses are captured for recharge to client
- Collating project timesheets for client sign off in preparation of invoicing
- Ad-hoc activities as required by the business

To be considered for the Project Administrator opportunity you should be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A Polite, professional and confident manner
- Microsoft Excel - competent in the inputting of data into spreadsheets and basic analytics
