Raeburn Recruitment are assisting our client, a leading industrial services provider, with a requirement for a Payroll Administrator. This is a permanent opportunity based in Aberdeen.

As Payroll Administrator, your main duties will include:
- Assisting with the process of weekly payrolls ensuring that an accurate and timely payment is made each week
- Input and checking of all payroll information into payroll system, ensuring that the responsible manager duly approves all payments
- Answering all payroll enquiries, written or otherwise, in a timely manner
- Ensuring that any necessary checks are made with the weekly hour summaries and actual client timesheets, with any discrepancies being adjusted in the following pay period

To be considered for the Payroll Administrator opportunity, you should be able to demonstrate:

- Experience using Microsoft Office and SAP packages
- Experience working in afast-paced and time critical environment
- Previous experience in a similar role
