Raeburn have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to work with our client, a tier 1 service company in the Oil & Gas Industry.

You will be providing operations support within our client's busy Operations Delivery Hub.

Your duties will include:
- Acting as a focal point for offshore teams, providing advice and guidance in line with T&Cs
- Being responsible for the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring inductions and competence assessments are completed
- Recruiting ad-hoc personnel, raising requisitions and liaising with client on suitable candidates, ensuring on-boarding process followed and trip assessments are completed and recorded
- Issuing check-ins and maintain rota management system (ATS) with any changes
- Meeting medevacs, liaise with employees absent from work and arrange RTW medicals as required
- Participating in Operations On call Team
- Producing payroll & expense summaries on a monthly basis and liaising with Payroll & employees regarding queries

The successful candidate will have operational experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry and Oracle experience would be an advantage. We are looking for someone with a high level of organisation skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
