One of our clients is seeking an enthusiastic person to work within their internal customer services department based in their Aberdeen office.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

You will be working as part of a team and be responsible for dealing with customers directly via telephone and email and resolving any issues.
Processing the work from enquiry to delivery into the system
Liaising with technical staff and the stores department to ensure excellent customer service is provided

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Ideally the person would have experience in similar type of role
Excellent computer skills is essential
You will have excellent people ski ls and be able to work well in a team environment
You must be customer focused with an eye for detail
You have to demonstrate a flexible approach to work

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideally you will be educated to either HND/Degree level
