Our client is currently recruitng for an Operations Administrator on a 12 month contract basis. To provide administration support within the Operations Delivery Team.

Weekly Ad-Hoc Timewriting and Allowances
Support OCO with Medical Bookings and associated admin
Hotel bookings and relevant Purchase Orders
Order contract specific PPE as required
Support OCO with preparation of Weekly Crew Changes
Issue Check In's as required
Ordering of Prescription Safety lenses
Completion of Credit Card and Taxi Logs
Support OCO with processing of Core Crew Payroll
Monitor and maintain the Health Surveillance Programme
Support OTL with any required Administration tasks
Participate in Operations On call Team
All relevant filing as required
Liaise with Support Functions as required
