Raeburn Healthcare have an exciting opportunity for a Locality Manager to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity covering Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

Our Locality Managers have the opportunity to make a real difference by ensuring that outstanding care is provided to our clients and customers. You will be empathetic and understanding; whilst being able to work calmly to strict deadlines.

Your main responsibility will be to provide a high quality customer care service in accordance with Raeburn Policies and Procedures and regulatory requirements.

Regular duties will include:

Ensuring that care services are delivered to customers in accordance with the agreed care package.
To be customer focused and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Supporting, maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
Identifying potential customers for new business, making initial contact and promoting the services of Raeburn Healthcare.
Ensuring that the creation and maintenance of work rotas is carried out in an efficient and accurate manner in accordance with required timescales.
Managing the change in service requirements and following up on corresponding changes in Care Worker workload and rotas.
Processing bookings and enquiries made from Raeburn Healthcare website in a timely and accurate manner.
Develop close professional working relationships with Care Managers and allied health professionals ensuring regular meetings are held to maintain relationships and identify changes in Care requirements.
Assisting with the execution of Care services in other locations when operationally required.
Ensuring all enquiries and complaints are dealt with immediately and appropriately in accordance with Raeburn Policies and Procedures.
Taking part in a professional and competent rotational on call service covering evenings, weekends and public holidays. This may vary in frequency to meet the demands of the service.
Being part of the team which ensure all office procedures (where applicable) conform to National Care Standards as indicated by the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care.
Being part of the team that ensures compliance with Care Inspectorate regulations and achieves high grading with the external audit and inspection process.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

It is essential to be qualified to SVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care.
Previous experience in a similar role.
