Raeburn Recruitment are assisting a leading independent Oil & Gas Operator with a requirement for an HR Coordinator. This is a contract opportunity based in London.

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the HR administration activity and the coordination of various HR support actions across Corporate and Business Units. Your duties will include:
- HR administration, onboarding, payroll, reporting, planning, HR Information Systems and Benefits administration.
- Data input and updates in HR Information Systems and for conducting regular audits to ensure data quality
- Coordinating new hire onboarding to ensure new hire details are taken care of, benefits are enrolled and managers and assistants are knowledgeable about their responsibilities in this process.
- Administering the monthly payroll for London based employees.
- Processing, verifying, protecting and maintaining physical and e-personnel records, onboarding, benefits, absence, personal data and performance records.
- Responding to inquiries regarding general HR questions, policies and procedures and escalate as appropriate.
- Providing accurate information and data to key HR service providers such as Payroll, Pensions, etc., including the running of monthly reports.
- Acting as the global specialist for managing data within the People Portal, responding to queries and assisting the global HR teams.
- Participating as a member of the London HR emergency response team.
- This role may require working additional hours at certain times of year to meet payroll and other deadlines.

To be considered for this HR Coordinaotr opportunity you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Secretarial or Administrative qualifications (Certificate or Diploma level)
- Experience in office/administrative support within a corporate environment
- Advanced MS Office skills including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of standard HR rules & regulations
- HR payroll administration, UK tax and National Insurance
