We are assisting Raeburn Healthcare in recruiting a Locality Manager for a rewarding permanent opportunity in our Swindon office.

Some of your regular tasks will be:
- Ensuring that home care services are delivered to customers in accordance with the agreed care package
- Securing new home care packages ensuring Raeburn Healthcare maintain and increase number of hours
- Supporting, maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Ensuring that the creation and maintenance of work rotas is carried out in an efficient and accurate manner in accordance with required timescales
- Managing the change in service requirements and following up on corresponding changes in Care Worker workload and rotas
- Recruitment and selection of Care Workers in accordance with the Companys Recruitment procedures within required timescales
- Developing close professional working relationships with Care Managers and allied health professionals ensuring regular meetings are held to maintain relationships and identify changes in Care requirements
- Meet with and manage Care Workers in accordance with Raeburn Policies and Procedures
- Covering visits in the event of Care Worker cancellation when all alternatives are exhausted
- Taking part in a professional and competent rotational on call service covering evenings, weekends and public holidays. This may vary in frequency to meet the demands of the service
- Acting as part of a team that ensures compliance with Care Quality Commission regulations

This role would be ideal for a Senior Carer with previous field supervisory or home care coordination experience.
