Job Purpose:
- Responsible for delivering a range of projects across the full project lifecycle, from initiation to installation and aftersales, for a multiple and concurrent variety of different projects, including contracts for highly customised equipment; manage R&D development projects from concept to creation and project manage continuous business improvement; introduce recognised project management processes to drive future business initiatives and increase quality of service.
- Also responsible for the overall results and organization development of the other sites.
- The position will be considered to be a potential succession candidate for the Managing Director.

- Bachelor, Master degree or HND/HNC equivalent in electrical/ electronic engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in design and installation of control systems.
- Demonstrated leadership experience or a team or organization.
- A "customer first" attitude.
- Knowledge of DC/AC electrical systems.
- Experience of PLC/HMI and industrial communication protocols/topologies.
- Ability to travel globally and work efficiently in offshore settings.
- Experience with organizational development, people management and cultural change management.
- Familiarity with ATEX/IEC protection concepts.

- Knowledge and application of six sigma.
- Customer, sales and marketing exposure.
