Our city-centre based client are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis.

Role Summary:
- To process customer enquiries and quality checking for our Luxembourg SICAV fund ranges.
- To provide information on general queries received internally or externally and to complete project related tasks as and when they arise.
- Work should be efficiently processed in order to meet customer expectations and completed on a right first time basis with minimal checking and appropriate level of support and guidance.
- It is expected that an enthusiasm is shown when taking part in Self
- Development/Training and maintain own Training Records (CPD).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Enquiries:
- To complete all enquiries and quality checking for our Luxembourg SICAVs.
- To provide information on general queries received internally or externally.
- To complete project related tasks as and when they arise.
- To contribute to the team and work with colleagues so that daily tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.

Customer Services:
- To efficiently process work to meet customer expectations at reasonable cost by processing work on a 'right first time' basis with minimal checking and the appropriate level of support and guidance.
- To provide the highest level of customer service within agreed service standards and foster good working relationships with clients.
- To answer internal and client queries regarding administration issues where required.
