Raeburn Recruitment are assisting our client, a major Oil & Gas service provider, with a requirement for a Business System Administrator. This is a 6 month contract opportunity with a possibilty to be extended or made permanent, based in Aberdeen.

As Business System Administrator, your main duties and tasks will include:
- Performing a variety of sectorial and administrative duties, which may include typing correspondence, opening and sorting mail, sending faxes, photocopying and filing
- Executing complex and confidential sectorial and administrative assignments
- Applying advanced computer and process skills with a detailed understanding of the organisations operation
- Setup and maintenance of department records and files
- Monitoring compliance for accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all critical business system transactions
- Coordinating meetings and office communications
- Scheduling conference rooms, audio-visual equipment and other materials as requested

To be considered for the Business System Administrator, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Must have SAP Experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Flexible and works well under pressure
- Polite, professional and confident
