A short term contract role for a Business Process Analyst / Buyer for our client based in Kingswells, Aberdeen.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
§Buyer to support Maximo Procure to Pay Process Testing as part of a UK offshore oil and gas asset transition management project.
§The candidate will have experience of using Maximo or other procurement systems preferably within an Oil and Gas Operator.

Key tasks to be carried out to include:
§Maximo Procure to Pay Process Testing
§Participation in each User Acceptance Test Cycle
§Completion of Test Scripts
§Maximo / SUN Interface Testing
§Ownership of Open Purchase Orders activities
§Assist with Procurement Process Guidelines/Documentation

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
§Higher further education

Desirable:
§CIPS professional qualification

CANDIDATE PROFILE
§Strong organisational an interpersonal skills with an appreciation for detail
§An in depth exposure to materials management systems and has developed understanding of QA/QC requirements for materials
§Able to make logical, systematic and rational judgements based on relevant information to secure best solutions, whilst knowing when to escalate issues to supervisory levels
§Capable of maintaining a high degree of effectiveness in a multi task role, managing conflicting priorities, whilst delivering to challenging timescales
§Computer literate, with good hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and Maximo or equivalent
§Supports meeting project timelines through listening, engaging with others and positive attitude and behaviours
§Establishes and maintains constructive and respectful working relationships with individuals and groups in a diverse working environment
