Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager (Oiltools) on a full time permanent basis in Aberdeen. Therefore suitable candidates will be based in or near Aberdeen. There may also be a requirement to visit and work at other company locations.

Due to the nature of the role, only those with the Right to Work in the UK should apply. Raeburn do not have the ability to provide visa sponsorship, therefore current valid ability to work in the UK is required.

Role
The role will be to perform sales and customer activities to contribute to and strengthen the profitable growth of Oiltools products and services in the UK.
The role will have to work closely with teams - and have supreme cooperation and communication with procurement, technical and operational staff predominantly from Oil & Gas operator companies. The role will also have to work closely internally and have excellent cooperation and communication with Product Groups, Technical Sales, Supply Chain, QHSSE, and Finance.


Experience and qualifications
1) Experience of Upstream Oil & Gas Sales with a proven track record in sales.
2) Educated to degree level or equivalent.
3) Hold broad knowledge and experience (sales, technical & operational) of Oiltools product and services: Packers & LOCK Plugs, Stage Cementing, TCP, Casing Exit, Wellbore Clean-Up
4) Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to explain the benefits of our products or services to potential customers
5) Full understanding of sales finance including: Forecasting, Revenue and EBITA
6) Strong current UKCS customer network
7) Strong teamwork skills
