Raeburn Recruitment are assisting our client, a leading Chartered Accountancy and Financial Advisory firm, with requirements for Auditors. These are permanent opportunities based in Aberdeen.

As Auditor (Audit Advisor), you will be responsible for providing advisory services to organisations and individuals on a range of issues within your technical field. Your main duties and tasks will include:
- Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the firms technical and operational methods, processes, procedures and standards of work required, dealing with increasingly complex clients and tasks
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and dealing with ad-hoc audit and accounting queries, with minimal guidance and due consideration for risk, identifying areas where other service lines could provide support
- Reviewing and issuing output to clients, with limited guidance from senior colleagues, having due regard for risk
- Undertaking technical research and helping to resolve technical issues as they arise following discussion with a senior member of the client team

To be considered for the Auditor (Audit Advisor), opportunity, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role (preferred)
- University degree
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Accounting qualification: Qualified/Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA/ICAS, etc.)
