Our client now has an immediate requirement for an experienced Asset Maintenance Coordinator to join their team on a staff basis.

The Department Operations Technical Management is responsible for the definition, development and implementation of the relevant Floating Production Divisions corporate technical operational strategies, standards, routines, programs and procedures in support of overall FPSO fleet performance management. The Department is further responsible for the strategy and control of the overall corporate maintenance management system. The department is also responsible for monitoring and auditing the adherence to, compliance with and is responsible the governance over the above-mentioned technical operational processes. The Department direct the relevant operational technical authorities. All in accordance with the Floating Production Divisions management and organizational structure, to obtain maximum value of the asset and to contribute to the realization of the companys goals and strategy.

The Asset Maintenance Coordinators objective is to provide day-to-day coordination support to operating assets and to support the delivery of maintenance work scopes. Responsibilities include managing the maintenance MOC process, optimising maintenance schedules for 14, 28, and 90 day plans (including projects and modifications) and monitoring and improving maintenance KPIs with special attention to backlogs and risk assessments. In addition, supporting TAR Preparation and coordination and RM Process where and when required. The facilitation of critical purchase orders, flexible hose inspection and replacement program would also be result areas for the Asset Maintenance Coordinator to deliver on. Furthermore, managing PSV cycles and acting as the maintenance focal point between offshore and onshore/head office locations would also be a requirement.

Experience required
An experienced, organized and safety-conscious Asset Maintenance Coordinator with excellent written and spoken English skills. Furthermore:
- Extensive experience in maintenance preparation, planning and execution
- A technical background or a relevant education in project coordination/management
- An interest in mobilising offshore or indeed experience of being offshore. A valid offshore survival and offshore medical would be advantageous.
