Raeburn is offering an opportunity for an experienced Procurement Administrator to get a staff role with one of our respected clients.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role is to provide an efficient administrative support to the Estimation Department. Successful candidates should be meticulous with figures and be able to transfer data accurately whilst working in a fast paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Take receipt of priced requisitions from Estimation Department
- Enter requisition into Purchase Order system to create PO; ensuring that the order has the correct materials and certification specifications
- Ensuring PO is issued to client and an acknowledgement received confirming that they can comply with the terms of the PO (Correct goods, timeframe and cost)

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office (MS Mail, Word & Excel)

The role will involve the use of an internal spread sheet based database software; however training will be provided.
