Raeburn Group are looking for 2 experienced Accounts Assistants to join our team. These are permanent opportunities based in Aberdeen City Centre.

Only those with the Right to Work in the UK should apply. Raeburn do not have the ability to provide visa sponsorship, therefore current valid ability to work in the UK is required.

Main Tasks:

- Processing and Payment of Purchase Invoices
- Updating Bank payments and processing of cash receipts
- Manage the Credit Control process, including credit checking of new customers and weekly cash forecasts.
- Updating Cashflow and dealing with Banks.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations/Validations
- Assist in the production of month end management accounts, including variance analysis/gross margin reconciliation.
- Input of journals into Finance System as required
- Assisting with payroll as required
- Petty Cash payments
- Ensure strict adherence to Company policies and report to Group Finance Manager of any deviation.
- System Maintenance, including but not limited to set-up of Supplier/Customer/Nominal details
- Other Ad Hoc duties as required support the Group Finance Manager
- To promote a high level of health and safety awareness and commitment, and to be aware of the provisions as detailed in the Company Health & Safety policy
