Raeburn Group are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity based in our busy Aberdeen City Centre office. The role would be ideal for candidates with previous experience of processing payroll.

Only those with the Right to Work in the UK should apply. Raeburn do not have the ability to provide visa sponsorship, therefore current valid ability to work in the UK is required.

Duties will include:
· Process weekly and monthly payroll bringing payroll to conclusion
· Process Limited Company Contractors invoices and timesheets
· Update workers tax notifications and personal information
· Process holiday pay
· Import Auto Enrolment pension reports and submit pension information to providers
· Process and calculate statutory payments and deductions including those that are third party
· Send bacs payments upon approval from Management
· Send RTI submissions
· Produce weekly and monthly invoices and effectively deal with and resolve invoice queries
· Balance Inland Revenue payments
· Effectively handle and resolve contractor and client queries including HMRC and DWP enquiries
