Our consultants and management team are on hand to provide advice and assistance whenever required and to discuss any issues that may affect you throughout the duration of your contract assignment or your new permanent staff position.

Raeburn understand that during the course of your work that help may be required and have our management and consultants on call 24:7, 365 days per year to assist you with any queries or emergency situations that may arise.

Raeburn ensure that we keep in regular contact ensuring you always have an experienced and sympathetic support consultant in place who will update you with any changes to the market, your contractual terms, applicable legislation and client policies and procedures.

Contract Documentation:

Raeburn’s experienced and reliable Consultants are extremely proficient in smoothly on-boarding our Agency Workers ensuring you receive a transparent, seamless and stress free service. Prior to commencing work for Raeburn, your Consultant will issue you with a detailed and comprehensive Contract for Services along with additional client specific terms & conditions, copies of client policies & procedures and any other documentation and forms which may be required throughout your assignment. Once issued our Consultants are available to answer any queries you may have in this regard.

Weekly & Monthly Payrolls:

Weekly and monthly payrolls are available, ensuring the correct payment of wages/fees into your bank account - Raeburn pride ourselves on our flawless record of never ever having missed a weekly or monthly payroll. In addition to ensuring our agency workers are paid on time and that their personal taxation and contributions are paid Raeburn are available to support our agency workers 24/7, 365 days per annum with any queries you may have.

On-Site Drop-In Sessions:

It is Raeburn’s policy to hold regular ‘Drop-In Sessions’ on site at our Client’s premises for our Agency Workers. These sessions give you the opportunity to come along and meet with your Raeburn Consultant to discuss any issues or concerns you may have.

Health, Safety & Security:

The Health, Safety & Security of Raeburn’s Agency Workers is of paramount importance to us. We understand the importance of Health & Safety within the workplace and are 100% committed to supporting our clients in their aim to protect the health and safety of their staff and our agency workers. As such, in addition to our Health & Safety Policy, Raeburn have developed a Health & Safety Management System for our Agency Workers. Our Management Team is always available to discuss any H&S concerns you may have and deal with any issues that may arise in a professional and constructive manner.
