I have a great opportunity in Surrey with our client who is one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the oil & gas industry. They require the skills of a Support Analyst. The position would be based in their Leatherhead office in Surrey.

You would be working under direct supervision, applying knowledge of systems in area of responsibility to deliver system performance, availability, and capacity to agreed-upon service levels. Perform routine system maintenance and monitoring tasks related to server and network devices, and support of client computers.
Resolve basic technical problems in area of responsibility. Performs own work and provides assistance to others as directed

Responsabilities:
Applies knowledge of systems in area of responsibility to deliver system performance, availability, and capacity to
agreed upon service levels.

Performs routine system maintenance and monitoring tasks, this could include server and network devices and client computers.

Resolves basic technical problems in area of responsibility

Assists senior technical support analysts in completing tasks and projects

Demonstrates exemplary customer orientation and understanding of critical customer service issues

Some travel is involved to other sites in South of England infrequently
