Raeburn Healthcare are currently looking to recruit a Registered Branch Manager to be part of the management team within its new Swindon branch. The key areas of this exciting new role are:

  • To hold and manage in partnership with the Business Manager the required registrations for CQC
  • To be responsible for ensuring compliance with CQC registration, timely completion of annual self-assessments and annual returns and achieving high grading during external audits and inspections
  • To grow and develop the Raeburn Healthcare business in local and surrounding areas
  • To manage Care Workers and regional staff including personnel management and performance reviews
  • To be involved in business development activities where required and to assist with the completion of tendering opportunities
  • To increase Raeburn Healthcare’s market share by identifying prospective Clients and Service Users, making initial contact, promoting the services of Raeburn Healthcare and managing the business relationship
  • To develop and implement appropriate business practices and procedures ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with Raeburn Healthcare’s policies and procedures and quality standards
  • To ensure all procedures (where applicable) conform to National Care Standards as indicated by the CQC
  • To manage the Raeburn Healthcare regional office in conjunction with the Group Facilities Management team
  • To visit and be in regular contact with Service Users and Clients as required for the assessment of needs and implementation of care plans ensuring service satisfaction and continual improvements to Raeburn Healthcare services
  • To ensure that any complaints received are investigated fully and documented as per Company policy.
  • To meet with Care Management teams and local authorities as part of Raeburn Healthcare’s requirement for the provision of Care services
  • To undertake Recruitment activities for the execution of Healthcare services in conjunction with and as instructed by the Group HR Department
  • To manage and maintain close working relationships with regional Care Workers and employees ensuring they undertake the required training and adopt good working practices in accordance with Company policy and procedures
  • To be part of the on call rota during evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
  • To travel to locations deemed reasonable by the business for the execution of Healthcare Service and Business development
