Office Administrator / Assistant, Procurement Administrator / Assistant
We are currently handling a 3 month fixed term contract opportunity for a Project Administrator, north of Aberdeen.
§ Provide administration services to the specialist services department including typing, photocopying, scanning, mailing, emailing and filing.
§ Compile, Photo copy and close out Workpacks.
§ Compilation of sensitive documentation.
§ Answer department telephone calls, handling queries and taking messages.
§ Update department systems as and when required such as project plans and trackers.
§ Raise SAP orders for equipment and material as directed by PE / PM.
§ Check plant reports / Off hiring equipment.
§ Assist department staff on various project tasks.
§ Communicate with 3rd party vendors & supplies.
§ Organise equipment inspections.
§ Review Timesheets weekly per scope - Correct Dept. and Scope number allocation.
§ Wage queries.
§ Complete expenses forms.
§ Pre-recruitment checklists.
§ Provide support to all areas of administration as directed by the Specialist Services Managers.
