Raeburn are handling a permanent opportunity to join our financial services client based in Aberdeen.

Customer Service:
- Handling escalated telephone and written enquiries.
- Dealing with queries received into group e-mail databases.
- Assisting with statement checking.
- To provide the highest level of customer service within agreed service standards.

Compliance/Procedures:
- To understand & operate within Department Guidelines in line with relevant Authorisation, Legislation & Compliance Rules.
- To be aware of (and avoid) the potential causes of Compliance breaches.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant experience (Desirable).
- Investment Operations Certificate (Desirable).
