Raeburn are handling a 9-12 month contract opportunity based with a client in the centre of Aberdeen to project manage with the development and implementation of a new HR/Payroll IT system ensuring that it fully meets business needs by setting and meeting strict timescales and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree in relevant subject area or equivalent work experience
- Evidence of commitment to continuous professional development

EXPERIENCE

- Previous experience of working successfully in an HR or Payroll role
- Experience of implementation of HR/Payroll IT systems
- Experience of effectively using HR/Payroll IT systems

KNOWLEDGE

- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- A knowledge of and commitment to safeguarding, equality and diversity and health and safety and their applications in this role.
- Significant knowledge in payroll system and processes
- Knowledge of all required payroll configurations & understanding of pensions requirements
