Raeburn are looking for HR Advisors for an exciting new opportunity based with an oil and gas client in Stockton, North East England.

The HR Advisor will assist in providing advice and management on the benefits packages offered by the client across all sites.
Assist in managing the payroll across all sites.
To provide comprehensive generalist HR advice and support to employees & assigned business sites.
Complete assigned project & administration responsibilities.
Work and effectively communicate with all HR team members to achieve the above.
The position reports to the Senior HR Advisor.

Minimum Requirements:
· GCSE grades 4-9 or equivalent Including Maths and English.
· Relevant experience in a finance / administrative position.
· Previous experience of developing, advising and providing support re policies, procedures and systems to employees.
· Experience of completing end to end payroll.
· Proven capability and confidence to apply calculations & numerical applications.
· Good practical knowledge and application of Microsoft Office suite.
