Raeburn Healthcare are currently looking to recruit a Assistant Business Manager to be part of the management team within its new Swindon branch. The key areas of this exciting new role are:

  • To work closely with and support the Registered Branch Manager, Business Manager and Senior Management team

  • To assist with, and lead where required, the day-to-day management and operational success of the Healthcare business

  • To develop and implement appropriate business practices and procedures ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with Raeburn Healthcare’s policies and procedures and quality standards

  • To ensure all procedures (where applicable) conform to National Care Standards as indicated by the CQC

  • To assist with the management of Care Workers and regional staff including personnel management and performance reviews where required

  • To support the Registered Manager with CQC registration ensuring compliance with registration, timely completion of annual self-assessments and annual returns and achieving high grading during the external audit and inspection process.

  • To deal with enquiries form existing and new Service Users, Clients and Care Workers

  • To ensure that any complaints received are investigated fully and documented as per Company policy

  • To visit and be in regular contact with Service Users as required for the assessment of needs and implementation of care plans ensuring service satisfaction and continual improvements to Raeburn Healthcare services

  • To meet with Care Management teams and local authorities as part of Raeburn Healthcare’s requirement for the provision of Care services

  • To ensure the all Service User, Client and Care Worker records are set up and kept up to date in the Company database system and in accordance with the Company’s Document Management and Control policy and procedure

  • In conjunction with the Customer Care Supervisors, assign suitably experienced Care Workers with Service Users ensuring maximal shift fill rate achieved

  • To assist with Recruitment activities for the execution of Healthcare services in conjunction with and as instructed by the Group HR Department

  • To manage and maintain close working relationships with all Care Workers and employees ensuring they undertake the required training and adopt good working practices in accordance with Company policy and procedures

  • To be part of the on call rota during evenings, weekends and public holidays when require
