Our Consultants and Management Team are on hand to provide advice and assistance where required and to discuss any issues that may affect you throughout the duration of your contract.
We are also on call 24:7, 365 days per year to assist with any Emergency Situations that may arise.
We will ensure that we keep in touch with you throughout the duration of your Contract and keep you updated with any changes to contractual terms, applicable legislation and Client Policies and Procedures.Contract Documentation:
Raeburn’s experienced and reliable Contracts Team are extremely proficient in the smooth on-boarding of Agency Personnel and ensure our Agency Workers receive a transparent, painless and stress free service. Prior to commencing work for Raeburn, our Contracts Team issue all Agency Workers with a detailed and comprehensive Contract for Services along with additional Client specific Terms & Conditions, copies of Client Policies & Procedures and any other documentation and forms which may be required throughout the assignment.Weekly & Monthly Payrolls:
Weekly and monthly payrolls are run, ensuring the correct payment of wages/fees into your bank account - Raeburn pride ourselves on our flawless record of never having missed a weekly or monthly payroll since 1981. In addition to ensuring our agency workers are paid on time and that their personal taxation and contributions are carried out Raeburn are available to support our agency workers 24:7, 365 days per annum.On-Site Drop-In Sessions:
It is Raeburn’s policy to hold regular ‘Drop-In Sessions’ on site at our Client’s premises for our Agency Workers. These sessions give you the opportunity to come along and meet with a Raeburn Representative to discuss any issues or concerns you may have, or simply have a chat.Health, Safety & Security:
The Health, Safety & Security of Raeburn’s Agency Workers is of paramount importance to us. We understand the importance of Health & Safety within the workplace and are 100% committed to supporting our clients in their aim to protect the health and safety of their people. As such, in addition to our Health & Safety Policy, Raeburn have developed a Health & Safety Management System for Agency Workers.
