Raeburn operates 24 / 7, 365 days per annum and provides emergency support and contact telephone numbers and details for all ‘out of office hours’ emergencies. The Raeburn Emergency Response Team members have full training and access to the Raeburn database and the Next of Kin contact details required in emergency situations.
All emergencies are treated as a priority and Raeburn understand fully the role our company management play in supporting such events. Any such occurrence is dealt with and managed by our most senior members of staff and are supported by our Emergency Response Team Members who at all times take our direction and information from the client and police force handling the incident at the time.
Raeburn have experience dealing in emergency situations having operated an emergency response policy for many years and working with many large organisations we have successfully delivered this procedure when required. Raeburn management have been involved in regular ‘training emergency situations’ with clients and are fully conversant with the process.
